Dana-Monét Catherine Rosario is from The Bronx, New York. She attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts and is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University. While in college, she interned at the Alliance Theater Company under the artistic direction of Kenny Leon.Her favorite actress was Helen Hayes.
