Cynthia Khalifeh is a Lebanese artist. She obtained a degree in Filmaking from the Institute of Audiovisual Studies USJ and the University of Notre Dame, and a certificate in Creative Acting at the Actors Space Barcelona.Cynthia's career started as an actress at the age of Eleven; when she participated in a supporting role in the Lebanese sitcom Abdo and Abdo (2003). She then pursued her inborn passion for art, and her name is now associated with successful series such as: "Ruby" (2011-2012) "When Dust Cries" (2012), "Jouzour" series (2012-2013) broadcasted on MBC, Abu Dhabi TV, CBC, and LBC, and the two seasons of the "Ikhtarab Al Hayy" series (2013-2015) . Cynthia also played a hit role in the series "Ahmed and Christina", a popular show broadcasted on MTV during the month of Ramdan(2017). She then scored the first female role in 2017 starring with Ziad Burji in the Ramadan season hit series "Bilhaza" on Al Jadeed TV.As for Cynthia's career in radio and television (2009-2016), it consisted of presenting major popular programs on many Lebanese and regional TV channels:"NRJ Music Videos" and "Energy SpinMag"(2009-2015), the special Tv shows for NRJ Radio."Go Green"(2013-2015), an ecological show giving daily environmental tips."Preview" (2013-2017), a weekly cinema show talking about new movies and hits."Coke Studio" season 3 (2016), a CocaCola huge music show on MBC joining artists from the eastern and western worlds to come up with a mutual song together."Killer Karaoke" season 1 and 2( 2014-2016), aired on Abu Dhabi TV and Alhayat alongside Egyptian artist Ahmed El-Fishawy."Swipe & Click"(2017-2018) , a tech show for Abu Dhabi TV covering major tech achievement in governments such as Singapore, Berlin, Paris, Russia and Barcelona.Cynthia also participated in the famous singing show " Celebrity Duets" on MTV singing alongside famous professional singers for charity purposes.Cynthia then jumped into a complete different adventure: TV Reality in France. She was the only Arab candidate in the famous Tv reality shows on W9: " Les Princes et Les Princesses De L'amour" and " Moundir et Les Apprentis Aventuriers". The latter is a Survivor show . Cynthia came out 4th after spending 22 days in a jungle in Thailand. These experiences made her very popular in France and the French speaking countries.As for her Cinema career, Cynthia starred in the movie "Max and Antar" (2016) with Falcon Film Company, which is available on the Netflix platform (2015). Cynthia received was recognized worldwide for her outstanding performance in the short film "Cargo", which won many important awards from more than 40 international festivals, including the Best Short Film Award from the Cairo International Film Festival. The films "Yalla Akbalkom Shabab" (2016) and "Paparazzi" in which she acted, are also available on the Netflix platform.In 2020, Cynthia decided to move to Egypt with a plan to expand her horizons in the Arab world. The series "Nemra 2" (2020) on the "Shahid" platform with Asser Yassin and Arwa Gouda officially launched her career in Egypt and exposed her talent to the Egyptian market. Fantasy two seasons show "Wadi El-Jin"came next, which was aired on the "Viu" platform (2020). Her major breakthrough in Egypt happened during the heated season of Ramadan 2021, where she powerfully played the villain role of "Nadine" in the Ramadan hit Tv drama "Harb Ahlya" alongside mega star Youssra and parallely playing the role of Maya alongside Nelly karim in the hit drama "Dodd Al Kasr".Upcoming hits: Cynthia spent summer filming her biggest hit-to-be Police/thriller/crime series "8 Days" directed by Magdy Smiri and produced by Raed Sanan with co star Maxim Khalil. She is participating as a guest of honor in the movie "Nagy" with Sharnoubi and produced by Film Clinic.
