Cullen Hoback is an award-winning investigative filmmaker from Los Angeles. His latest documentary, What Lies Upstream, is a scandalous political thriller focusing on an investigation into a chemical spill in West Virginia. The story spirals into an indictment of the entire system meant to protect drinking water, revealing cover-ups at the highest levels of government.
