Craig Buckingham is an actor based in the south east of England. Having studied Theatre and Drama at college and subsequently appearing in the Ruth Rendell Mysteries for ITV, due to family reasons, Craig stepped back from acting for many years and returned at the beginning of 2017. He is also an accomplished host and presenter working on many charity galas and balls along with compering stages at festivals across the South. In 2017 Craig was cast in the Sky Living TV Series, Britain's Most Evil Killers and has recently played the lead role in the documentary, Payback, charting the life of converted London Gangster, John Lawson, due out in late 2018. Other roles include the supporting role of Morten in the forthcoming, Robin Hood The Rebellion, due for release in 2019 and a supporting role in the short film, Doorways, currently working its way around around the UK film festival scene. Although many roles err on the darker side of film and TV, Craig has also been cast in several short films with a more emotional theme. To further enforce that view, Craig is due to start filming a lead role in a feature length production of, The Girl Who Made A Daisy Chain, at the end of 2018. Craig will play Bill Bowden, a somewhat misguided childless husband whose life is impacted greatly by the arrival of Elizabeth, an evacuee from London, in this tear jerking WWII film due for release in either late 2019 or 2020.
