Colin Price is a Canadian born Actor from Barrie, Ontario and currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.A competitive baseball athlete growing up, Colin had dreams of pursuing his love for the game and imagined a life in and around the ballpark. However, things went in another direction in his senior year when shoulder issues presented themselves - leading Colin to pursue other interests. In college, Colin graduated from his studies in Business, in addition to Firefighting. Following graduation of both programs, Colin went on to become a Volunteer Firefighter.In 2012, Colin caught the acting bug and made the decision to take a chance on himself. He immediately immersed and dedicated himself into the film, television and commercial industry in Toronto, and quickly gained Canadian representation with Oldfield Management.Since then, Colin has been committed to learning the craft and embraced the challenges that come with it. Colin began his training with notable acting coach Lewis Baumander. Colin has also studied with and has been mentored by two of Canada's most respected and talented actors David Richmond-Peck and Alison Down. He has also participated in numerous MasterClass intensives with some of the top Casting Directors from the U.S. - such as Alexa Fogel (TrueDetective), Risa Bramon Garcia (Master of Sex), Matthew Barry (The Notebook, JohnQ).Through hard work, focus and dedication, Colin has hit the ground running within the industry as he continues his pursuit in establishing himself as a disciplined, natural and generous Actor.His most notable and biggest accomplishments to date include: "Chamber Drama" a 2014 official selection to TIFF, VIFF and the Hamburg International Film Festival which he was cast in a lead role. Colin also auditioned and was selected as the official commercial Spokesman for Suddenlink/Altice in the U.S. - where to date he has recorded over 130 commercial spots airing Nationally. Colin has also worked with Hyundai, Hasbro, Great Wolf Lodge, Moneris Solutions, Carnivore Club, Robert Half, Herbal Essences, Kubota, and Budweiser.2016 looks to be a very promising year of projects which Colin was cast in. "Late Night Double Feature" will have its VOD/DVD/Blu-Ray public release culminating its very successful film festival run - where Colin's segment "Slit" garnered fantastic reviews. Two very sensitive and dramatic short films which Colin has a lead role in "Father" and "Things Have Changed Since Kindergarten" will begin showcasing at some of the top film festivals around the world. "The Haunted House on Kirby Road" a feature film produced by 5'7 Films/Breakthrough Entertainment is also set to debut and be released.Summer of 2016 will see the premiere of "Bed of the Dead" a Black Fawn Films/Breakthrough Entertainment production which will see Colin debut in his first feature film Lead role.
