Clive Baxter was born on April 19, 1923 in Southport, Ormskirk, England as Cecil Thomas Purcell. He was an actor, known for Les quatre plumes blanches (1939), Chapeau melon et bottes de cuir (1961) and The Guinea Pig (1949). He died on August 22, 1978.
