Cindy Jefferson was born February 9, 1963 in Harlem, NY. She received a scholarship to attend The Lenox School from 7th-12th grade! While in 8th grade, she shared with her mom that she wanted to be an actress! Her mom did not support her new found passion and discouraged her. But years later after getting married, having 2 children, and then leaving the husband, the acting passion resurfaced. Cindy quickly responded and began taking acting classes at Harlem School of the Arts . Excited that she was finally pursuing her dreams, she suddenly realized she couldn't totally give her all to acting because she was a single parent. Once again, Cindy had to put her dreams on hold to raise her children. She didn't want any regrets when it came to her son & daughter. So finally when her children were both out of high school, she came running back to her passion for acting. Her motto is " It's never too late to pursue your dreams!" Show less «
