Chuan-cheng Tao was born on February 25, 1946 in Taiwan. He is an actor, known for Yi yi (2000), 20 30 40 (2004) and CSIC: I Hero (2015). He has been married to Hsiao-Ping Ying since May 16, 1970. They have three children.
