Christina Nuki, an Asian American actress & singer, is most known for her portrayal of Su Chan, the college roommate of Patricia Campbell (Anne Heche) on NBC's The Brave. Other television and movie credits include: the Opera Singer in Disney's Sister Act II, Mrs. Mathis in T@gged for Awesomeness TV, and most recently as The Librarian in the upcoming film The Short History of the Long Road, starring Sabrina Carpenter. Christina is a recipient of full scholarship awards to UCLA and The Manhattan School of Music for her undergrad and graduate studies in Music. She has performed over 400 performances of The King & I in her lifetime, leading roles in both opera and musical theatre genres, and works in the film industry from her home of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Japanese, Chinese, & Vietnamese actress hails from a lineage of family actors which includes her Great-Grandfather, Kikujiro Yokomizo, who was a Japanese kabuki actor. Daughters Avery Akerson, and Brooklyn & Kenzie Akerson (twins) are also actors.
