Chris has released 10 independent albums worldwide. In addition to his own headlining tours, he has shared worldwide stages with Seal, B.B. King, Al Green, Aaron Neville, Cold War Kids, Sara Bareilles, Toots and the Maytals, Colbie Caillat, Robert Cray, Jon Butcher, Sonia Dada, Jamie Cullum and many more. His music has been heard in numerous films including Soul Men and Crash as well as television shows including True Blood, Rosewood, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, Single Ladies, Eli Stone, In Plain Sight, Dawson's Creek and Army Wives as well as a Banana Republic T.V. ad campaign.Chris also co/wrote the hit song "We Can Always Come Back To This" with Siddhartha Khosla for the hit NBC TV show This Is Us in 2017.Chris also has been very well received by the TED community with TEDx talks on "The Healing Powers of Music" both in California and Chicago. Chris continues to build his repertoire and versatility as a writer and performer in his involvement with several musical projects including a 20 song stage production entitled "Reverend Tall Tree's Blues Opera", and new music from Reverend Tall Tree & War & Pierce. Chris frequently performs as featured guest vocalist with The Columbus Jazz Orchestra, Muse/ique and many other orchestras around the country and has recently received the high honor of working on a recording project with The Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section as the featured vocalist on a new highly anticipated album.
