Chris Brown was born in Creve Couer, Missouri, but grew up in Chesterfield, Missouri. He started his acting career while attending the University of Missouri, Columbia. While attending college, Brown served as a TV news reporter for KOMU 8 News, the NBC affiliate in mid-Missouri. In May 2016, he earned a Bachelor's of Journalism degree, with an emphasis in Radio & Television.Brown signed with Images Agency Models & Actors in St. Louis immediately following graduation. After starring and creating almost 30 short film projects during his undergrad, Brown wanted to get involved with other people's projects. He started working on a variety of gigs, including dinner theatre, commercials, independent films, independent web-series', and even being an extra for TV shows such as Patriot, Empire, The Exorcist, and A.P.B.Brown took his first formal acting class while attending Mizzou. In addition to acting, Brown has skills in writing, directing, editing, producing, and performing voice-overs. In high school, Brown played football and ran track all four years for both sports. While in college, Brown joined Mizzou's official Tae Kwon Do club where he studied martial arts for three years.While already having two years of professional acting experience, Brown can still be considered, "fresh talent."
