Chloe was born and raised in New York City. She started acting at age 7, landing her first role in an episode of "Law and Order: Criminal Intent." She continued performing professionally until she was 15, with roles on "Chapelle's Show" and "The Guiding Light," as well as in various short films, commercials, and television shows. She stopped acting professionally in high school in order to focus on her studies at the Bronx High School of Science, though she continued training and performing with Wingspan Arts NYC. She then attended Tufts University outside of Boston, MA, where she graduated summa cum laude in May 2017. During her time at Tufts she studied art history, but never stopped performing. Chloe explored comedy with the Institute: Sketch Comedy and played the character Artemis in the TUTV production of "Pantheon University." In Spring 2017, Chloe landed the role of Roxie in the Torn Ticket II production of "Chicago." She capped off her singing career at Tufts with a solo voice recital featuring sixteen numbers ranging from jazz to 60s pop to musical theatre.
