Born and raised in London, England Chima Akenzua began practicing Free Running and Parkour in February 2003. Growing up in the urban diverse city he was always attracted to urban outdoor activities from a young age but never felt that he had found that any thing worth pursuing. When he was 12 years old, he was introduced to the art of Free Running and it's community after seeing a Documentary on Channel 4 "Jump London" in 2003. Chima took to the art form quickly and began to constantly improve his technique repeatedly. Taking the philosophy of Sebastian Foucan, Bruce Lee and other deep thinkers, Chima began to condition his mind and body as well as the technical aspect of the discipline. Chima's void was quickly filled and his enthusiasm grew with each new technique gained. His first light of success was receiving a Silver Medal at the Parcouring world Championships in 2006 aged 16 in Munich, Germany. Since then he has gone on to working for mega brands such as Canon, Skoda, Red Bull, Harry Potter, Barclaycard, Coco Cola and Disney as well as corporate appearances for Channel 4, BBC and The Discovery Channel.
