Chelsea grew up between rural Texas and urban England. From a young age, she enjoyed acting, dancing, and singing on stage. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Chelsea now lives in Los Angeles, California, where she is an actress, voice over artist, and photographer.
