Charlotte's born and raised in NYC. She resides there with her Vietnamese-American mom, Julie T. Pham (actress) and French Black Caribbean dad (entrepreneur). Her first major speaking role in a big budget film came shortly two months after she learned how to talk at the tender age of two. Charlotte speaks English, French, and Vietnamese.
