By the age of nine, Charlie had already lived a bizarre life on the road. Born in Portland, Oregon, Charlie and his family constantly moved throughout the United States. Charlie lived in six different states by the time he entered the third grade in Seattle, Washington. Named after both the great jazz musician Charlie 'Bird' Parker, and his grandfather, also a professional jazz musician that had played with Chet Baker. Charlie is part Danish, English, Irish, Native American (Shawnee Tribe), and related to both; the Viking 'Erik the Red' and Robert Leroy Parker, better known as 'Butch Cassidy'. Painting runs in the family, his father is an influential American painter in the abstract impressionist movement. Originally, Charlie pursued careers in both music and painting. Charlie's cousin living in Hollywood, and a friend of acting coach Stella Adler, encouraged him to try acting. As fate would have it, Charlie and his road traveling family soon moved to Los Angeles. Charlie now lives in Los Angeles with a rescue dog named Bob Marley, where he's writing and pursuing his acting career. Show less «
