Charles Herman, MD, is a plastic surgeon and medical executive who practices plastic surgery in New York City and Pennsylvania. He is on the faculty of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and The Commonwealth Medical College in Pennsylvania. Dr. Herman is Chair of Surgery and Chief Medical Executive at Pocono Health System in East Stroudsburg, PA. He is the editor of three major textbooks in the field of plastic surgery.
