Charles Cullum was born on March 8, 1899 in Barry Docks, Wales as Robert Perry Cullum. He was an actor and writer, known for D'Ye Ken John Peel? (1935), BBC Sunday-Night Theatre (1950) and L'homme au complet blanc (1951). He died in 1979 in Lewes, Sussex, England.
