Adopted at birth, August 9, 1972, Chad was raised in Redlands, CA. Got his start in acting at the age of 6 with the lead role in his elementary school's Christmas play. A few years later, Chad began working with a local theater troupe called "The Peppermint Players" and received an invitation to attend Neil Simon's theater workshop. Became a SAG member in 1990 after being cast in a national commercial for Footlocker. He spent the next half dozen years auditioning for more commercials as well as TV shows and films.
