Cecilia M Youkhana was born in Chicago, IL and raised there half of her life before moving to Phoenix, AZ where she primarily focused on her acting career at age 11. Cecilia started out working in theater retaining lead roles in plays such as "I Never Saw Another Butterfly" Playing the role as Raja Englanderova and Comedic play "Mustardseed" as Peaseblossom and several others.Her training began at John Robert Powers where she learned her skills in Commercial, TV, and Theater which led her to retain the role of a spokesperson for web casting service Morley Video Productions in 2010. Cecilia later featured in several commercials throughout the Phoenix area moved on to working in an ASU short film in 2009.In 2015, Cecilia landed the Role as Shannon Garcia in Independent film "Runners" where she became known in from film critic reviews and best actress nominations in numerous film festivals around the world that eventually landed her another role in the short film "The Time That Remains" as Charlie.
