Catherine Eaton is a part Native-American award-winning director, writer, actor and producer. She directed, co-wrote and produced the feature film LIV starring Harris Yulin (Training Day) and Teddy Sears (Masters of Sex) premiering in 2016, as well as the short film The Sounding starring Frankie Faison (The Wire). She is developing two original content series for television, the half-hour edgy comedy On The Outs (a finalist for the Sundance Episodic Labs and the PAGE Int'l Screenwriting Awards) and the hour-long dramatic series Hunting Ground.Catherine is a free-lance producer for Madison Square Garden (including Radio City Music Hall, the Hub, etc) and produced Grammy-winner Sammy James Jr's directorial debut film (2016). She shares an Emmy Award with the team behind Bloomberg Television's investigative report, "Deadly Brew: The Human Toll of Ethanol." As an actor, Catherine has performed on Broadway (MTC, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center), across the country and on screen (Person of Interest, All My Children, Training Day, various indie films).Catherine studied at Cornell University where she was a College Scholar, and holds an MFA from University of MN/Guthrie. She is a member of the female director's collective Film Fatales where she co-leads the Panels Program, NYWIFT, SAG/AFTRA, and AEA.
