Throughout her 12-year career, Caroline reconciled television and film, where she has appeared in several important feature and short films, as well as soap operas and hit series. Her most recent film was selected for the Semaine de La Critique at the Cannes Film Festival in 2017. 'Gabriel e a Montanha' sessions were packed and the film was praised at this year's festival. Besides that, two other films of Carol will enter the circuit of international film festivals, they are: 'Rodantes' and 'Alguma Coisa Assim - O Filme'. With performances recognized by the public and critics, Carol has won several awards. In the film "Se Nada Mais Der Certo" (2009), she faced the challenge of living a trans man and won the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival, the Brazilian Film & TV Festival of Toronto, the Festival Du Cinéme Brésilien de Paris, Rio and the Ibero-American Film Festival of Sergipe, all in the Best Actress category. In the short film 'Alguma Coisa Assim' and 'Perto de Qualquer Lugar', she also won the Best Actress Award at the Gramado Film Festival in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
