Carl Nespoli was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. The son of a long shore-man Anthony Nespoli and of a housewife Kay Nespoli. The youngest of three children, Carl attended James Madison high school and majored in Dramatic arts. Carl decided early on that he wanted to be professional stunt man. Suffering from claustrophobia and having a tremendous fear of heights, he knew he had his work cut out for him. At the age 23, Carl decided to challenge his fears and jump out of an airplane. After landing his parachute and admitting that he soiled his pants, Carl pursued aerial stunts and has worked in over 75 commercials, jumping all over the world. In 2001, Carl made the cross-over from aerial stunts to general stunts perfecting his skills in stunt driving, film fighting and falls, and today he works as a stunt double for such great actors as: Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Robin Williams, Andy Garcia, Michael Rispoli, Patton Oswalt, Ron Rifkin to name a few. Carl has parlayed his stunt experience and transitioned to stunt coordination, coordinating commercials, television shows and feature films.
