Cara O'Connell is a 20-year-old living in Massachusetts. Born in Hunan, China, she was adopted at the age of four and a half months, and grew up on the North Shore. During her childhood, she was involved in many activities, both musical and athletic. She is a classically trained pianist, learned tap and ballet, took figure skating lessons and later became a cheerleader. Now a full time student, she spends most of her time at Boston College as a junior. Cara is majoring in Biology with specific interests in sustainability, green practices, and environmental studies. Education has always been a priority in her life and she hopes to use it to improve the world that we live in.Cara has dabbled in acting from the early ages of middle school, participating in school musical productions as the female lead. She has auditioned for various commercials as well. Previously, through Boston College cheerleading, she was involved in the filming of a Knock Knock Live! episode that unfortunately did not air prior to the show's cancelling.Recently, Cara was given the fantastic opportunity to be a part of Patriots Day, a groundbreaking film that hits close to home for her. This is her first speaking role, and her first appearance on the silver screen. Cara plays Kara, a love interest for the character, Dun Meng. Her experience with the film and the cast has opened new doors for her, and she hopes to continue on this path. Show less «
