Brian was born and raised in New York City. At the age of 17 he entered the U.S.Army, in 1970 he ended up serving a tour in Vietnam and served as a combat infantryman with the 173 Airborne, He was highly decorated. After 5 years active duty he used the G.I. bill and attended college at the College of Santa Fe, in New Mexico. It was in college that he first performed in a theater play, "Guys and Dolls". Brian found his way to California and made his home in the San Francisco Bay Area.He is a 28 year veteran, of the San Francisco Police Department, Brian served as a Robbery Inspector. Real life "Dirty Harry", with over a thousand arrest to his credit.Since 1989, he has worked on numerous film projects, and became a member of S.A.G for playing what he does best, a cop. Some of his work includes Pacific Heights, Dead Pool with Clint Eastwood, and Twisted with Ashley Judd. The biggest role was a 2 page script speaking role opposite Sean Penn at a homicide scene in "Milk", the movie is directed by Gus Van Sant.2014 upgraded after they realized he was the only real SFPD Officer , and was able to make an arrest scene look natural. in the movie "ANT-MAN" He was chosen in the opening scene to make the arrest of Paul Rudd. Over 18 movies to his credit mostly playing the role of a cop.He makes his home in the Redwood City, California, where he lives with his wife and two teenagers. Brian is Co-Founder of Cops On Film, A law Enforcement Technical Advising Company.Brian retired from S.F.P.D after 28 years of service.He is now a full time actor and is committed to the craft.
