Brendan was a farmer, science writer and marketing manager before making commercials and short films. In 2014, he set up Guerin Group Films PL to produce creatively-ambitious documentaries, dramas and elevated genre films. His breakthrough was Screen Australia-funded short psych horror 'The Disappearance of Willie Bingham' (2015) which screened at 63 festivals, won 20 awards, got 2.5 million views on Omeleto and was licensed to numerous distributors, streamers and anthology feature producers Black Mandala Ltd and Death Cat Productions. He has several projects in development including psych thriller feature 'Kangaroo Island' and several TV series adapted from novels by South Australian based author, Diane Hester, a Daphne Award finalist.
