Bert Dijkstra was born on April 11, 1920 in Tandjoeng Balai, Oostkust van Sumatra, Dutch East Indies [now Tanjungbalai, North Sumatra, Indonesia]. He was an actor, known for Swiebertje (1955), Kant aan m'n broek! (1978) and Le choix du destin (1977). He died on March 17, 2003 in The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.
