Bartlett Costello Lovett was born on the high seas to a nefarious pirate. Shipwrecked at a young age, and separated from his father and crew on the east coast of Canada, Bart grew up on the streets and surrounding area of Halifax. Bart eventually joined a band of highway robbers, targeting mainly Alexander Keith's shipments heading for Bedford town. It was on one fateful day, when Bart stumbled upon a wealthy merchant. Among the merchant's bounty was a sacred medallion. The Golden Albatross, the sign of The Ancient Mariner. This was Bart's father's most precious possession. It was said it holds the key to unlocking the greatest treasure known to mankind. Bart knew his father must be alive. After questioning the merchant, it was revealed Bart's father was last seen in the city of Toronto.
