Ashten Cartier Ware was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 30, 2007. At the age of 2, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, living there for 6 years. In 2015, he moved to Southern California when he was 8 years old. With his diverse background and cultural perspective at such a young age, Ashten found that he loved to entertain others, making them smile and laugh. He describes entertaining others as, "his most comfortable place to be in the world." He is an avid video gamer, chess player, soccer and basketball player. He also enjoys to play the piano, rap and dance. He has his own YouTube channel as "Lieutenant Alpha", which offers a myriad of themes, from video gaming, live broadcasting, reviews and tutorials to contests and everyday events.In 2016, Ashten landed his first job as an actor as a fire hydrant kid in Beyoncé's visual album, Lemonade (2016), where he also appears in her music video, "Hold Up" (2016). He continued to land smaller roles on large sets, such as Kevin Hart's The Secret Life of Pets Promotion (2016) aired on Nickelodeon in 2016. Ashten was cast to play "Leroy" on Teachers' Season 2 (2017) aired on TV Land.
