Ashley Morgan Smithline is a Los Angeles native, starting her professional modeling career in Asia at the age of 13. Her parents are both in show business as well, her father having been a bassist for BB King, Muddy Waters and Little Feet. Her mother is a documentary and TV producer, having worked on "Movies of the Week", including the first American appearance of Hugh Grant on network TV!While living in Hong Kong, Paris and Amsterdam she did numerous modeling spreads for Chinese Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and did commercials for clothing clients including American Apparel.
