Arthur Skinner was born on October 29, 1923 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire, England as Arthur Josiah Singer. He is known for his work on The Adventures of Robin Hood (1955), I'm All Right Jack (1959) and Rotten to the Core (1965). He died in February 1990 in Fulham, London, England.
