Graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Deployed eight times to include Afghanistan, Iraq, & other locations in the Middle East & East Africa. Recently returned from a command tour deployed to Haiti in support of relief efforts.Grew up in Houston, TX, attending the Kinkaid School. Was a 2-time All-American & 2-time state champion. Later attended the Lawrenceville School before taking a red-shirt year at Lehigh University. Competed in wrestling at the D1 level at the Naval Academy.
