Annie was asked to return to modelling after a career break raising her young family. She was soon noticed and propelled into acting very quickly as she was cast as the lead model/actress in a music video for DJ Bluey. Here, Annie played a glamorous, posh, rich mother in a love/hate relationship with her young adult daughter. This casting lead on to being successfully cast in The Hippopotamus movie (2015) written by Stephen Fry where Annie played a comical role as a Cougar appearing in many scenes usually seducing a young gentleman or getting herself invited to high society functions, in particular, the funeral wake of Jane! Following on, Annie trained as a Shakespearian Actress for stage having her début as Olivia in Twelfth Night, Hero in Much Ado about Nothing and her favourite as Titania in Midsummer Night's Dream. She then took further training for TV/film in London. Annie carried out a role as Joanne in a short film as a plain Mother to an abused daughter, showing her diversity as an actress. More recently, Annie has been part of the cast in The Bromley Boys movie (2016) co staring alongside Martine McClutchin, Alan Davies, Benock O'Connor, Jamie Foreman, Mark Dymond, Danny Midwinter, to name but a few.
