Angie Milliken is a graduate of Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and has won critical and popular acclaim playing leading roles in film, television, and theatre. She has been nominated 7 times and won 2 'Best Actress' awards from the Australian Film Institute for her portrayal of the feisty lawyer Amanda McKay in the International Emmy Award nominated TV medical-legal drama series MDA, and as Min Meredith in the mini-series My Brother Jack. She has won further acclaim for her roles in films such as SOLO, Dead Heart, Paperback Hero, Talk and What I have Written, being frequently described as 'luminous'. On stage she has worked extensively with the Sydney Theatre Company (The Real Thing, Closer, Betrayal, Three Days of Rain, The White Devil, A Month In the Country, The Herbal Bed, Don Juan, Three Sisters) with Belvoir's Company B (The Tempest, My Zinc Bed, Masterbuilder) and many others, also being nominated for 'MO' Award and Theatre Critics Circle Award. Angie has recently guest starred on CSI: Miami playing Audrey Van de Mere, a corrupt diamond dealer, and in the independent feature film 'Passengers'.
