Angela Getz was born in Brooklyn, New York to Paraguayan parents. She is known for Body Complications (2015) , What Is Momo? (2015), Jimmy Vestvood: Amerikan Hero (2016) and Platinum the Dance Movie (2014). She was raised around Paraguayan folklore music and fell in love with the arts at a very young age. Whilst a full-time college student, Angela attended workshops at The Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting and classes at John Robert Powers in Manhattan. In 2009, she was scouted by Virgin/Capitol records A&R's, which led her to the halls and office of Atlantic Records. Angela continued her education and graduated in Audio Engineering and Production from the Institute of Audio Research. During an internship at E.M.I publishing, she met Garry Marshall. Angela decided to once again follow the path in entertainment and in 2011 landed a lead role in the movie- documentary 'I Love You to Death', which aired on A&E, Lifetime and Bio Channel.Following an invitation to audition for Garry Marshall's database she relocated to Los Angeles, California. Angela attends The Second City Hollywood Conservatory, The Anthony Gilardi Acting Studio and has a reoccurring feature role in dark-comedy web series Body Complications (2015)_.
