Andreas Seidl is Porsche LMP1 team principal and put the team together from scratch for Porsche's return to endurance racing in 2014. After some initial setbacks, he has successfully led the team to two Le Mans victories, two FIA World Endurance Driver Championships, as well as two FIA World Endurance Manufacturer Championships.
