Andrea was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. On her 8th birthday she asked her mother for a typewriter. By the age of 12 she was writing stage plays. Her mother Helena, typed while Andrea created dramatic plots out loud. She wanted to be a writer but acting impacted her life in her mid-teens. After attending the most prestigious drama school in Sao Paulo (Teatro Escola Celia Helena) for three years, she left her elite group and moved to Sydney, Australia where she met director Billy Milionis. Billy had studied under Sanford Meisner at Playhouse West in Los Angeles and took her under his wing. Andrea studied with him for a year before moving to Milan, Italy where she stayed for almost a decade before deciding to take her acting career to the next level and move to Los Angeles, California.Andrea's other great passion is Flamenco Dancing.The writing 'bug' has never left her and Andrea has written over 50 short stories for children.
