Andrea Bennett is an European actress with base in London, Berlin and Barcelona. Her first contact with the industry was when she was six years old. Her aunt, the actress and ballerina Cristina Buenaventura, got her signed with an agent and she did a bit of modeling work as a kind. She also did rhythmic gymnastics for seven years and a bit of painting as her mother was a painter and always wanted her to learn that art. Lucky enough she did her first project La Mari (2002) and discovered what her vocation was. It wasn't painting or dancing, acting was the triumphal winner. She soon quit to focus on her studies but always knowing that she will come back.At the age of 15 she started modeling again as a practice to gain confidence with the camera and get some professional experience. Later on she enrolled at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to study English Studies: Literature, History and Linguistics. She also took the opportunity to do acting at her campus' theatre club. In 2015 she moved to London to enroll at Queen Mary University of London to continue with her degree. While in England she continued modeling and started to experiment with acting. After that year she became a 'nomad thespian', moving from one city to another in search of opportunities and with a big desire to keep learning and having different perspectives of the industry. During 2016 and 2017 she took several courses in RADA, Actors Studio and Frank Stein Studio and read as many books as her brain was capable to process. Nothing happen in 2018 yet but hopefully it will be the year she's courageous enough to take the big step. Her goal is simple; be part of the magic spell movies pronounce. A little bit of cinema, cinnamon, adventures, passion and et voilà! The magic is done. Show less «
