Andi Morrow was born and raised in a small rural Appalachian town in East Tennessee, where much of her childhood entertainment relied strictly on the imagination. With a storyteller mother, Andi spent many summers at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesboro, TN where she fell in love with the art of telling stories. She knew, from a young age, that she wanted to tell stories, too. Andi takes pride in being descended from a long line of tenacious Appalachian and Cherokee women, whose own stories inspire her daily. Since entering the professional world of acting, Andi has performed on stage and screen in Miami, Boston, New York City, Knoxville, and several other Southeastern states. She has studied with renowned theatre professionals and companies such as the New Repertory Theatre, Company One, and Michael Leeds. Before relocating to New York City, Andi won several acting awards and nominations in the South - including Best Actress in the Knoxville 54 Hour Film Festival, Best Supporting Actress in the Knoxville Film Festival, and Best Local Actress Runner-Up in the 2013 MetroPulse Magazine Best of Issue (alongside the incomparable Dale Dickey), and an Emerging Filmmaker nomination for her short film "We All Fall Down" at the Knoxville Film & Music Festival. Andi also had the opportunity to co-host the music portion of the 2013 Knoxville FIlm & Music Festival, interviewing local bands and leading the show's live web-cast.
