Anbessa Tiwoni was raised in Harlem, New York by a single mother,Tupacamaru Tiwoni. The eldest brother of Amar, and Amali; Anbessa was home schooled. He pursued professional tennis from 8 years old until 15, achieving success until too many injuries led him to decide to leave the tennis dream behind, and in search of a physical practice to heal his body became a Certified Yoga Instructor at 16 years old. Anbessa is a classically trained actor from the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC. Tiwoni can be found in film festivals around the country acting in short and feature length indie films. Anbessa is a disciplined, loving and creative actor who enjoys working through any challenges a character or genre may present.
