Amber's desire to be a Professional Actor began as early as age 3. The spark began as she watched the children on Sesame Street run along with Snuffaluffagus and she wondered why she wasn't one of those kids. She quickly realized she wanted to not just watch entertainment but to be a part of it. Her first taste of performing on stage was when she was the only kindergartener who was confident enough to perform for the school talent show. She contracted her first talent agent as a teenager and planned on moving to LA after graduating. Life took a different turn and after surviving a near fatal car accident she was detoured away from her acting career the summer after high school. After living 10 years as a Human Resource Professional in Corporate America she re-focused on her dreams and returned to pursuing her dream of "living in the moment" to make the story come alive for the viewer. Since that time she has worked on various independent films in front and behind the camera and is in production as the lead in a documentary. She recently starred in a commercial for employee training at the Rangers Stadium. Amber has studied acting for several years and began with the Dennis O'Neill School of Acting in September 2010. Her training has focused on Commercial Acting, Film, Script Memorization, and Character Development. She hopes to finalize the scripts she has in process and will soon pursue directing and producing.Amber is always striving to encourage others to live their life to the fullest extent and embrace their extraordinary gifts by modeling this through her own life. Amber participates in several awareness and humanitarian programs. She is active in Foster and Adoptive Child Advocacy after seeing the needs of so many hurting children as a foster parent for many years and then adopting her two children in 2003. She is also involved in charities to bring Autism Awareness and support orphan children in Malawi, Africa by participation in her parent's ministry, Hope House Orphan Care. Show less «
