Alex Kersting was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated high school in Henderson, Nevada, (Coronado High School).Alex's younger brother, Ben, was diagnosed with Asperger's Disorder at age four, so Alex has been passionate about helping those with disabilities.Alex is the older cousin of Zari Kersting. Alex is attending the University of Nevada - Las Vegas (current 2015).Alex's father, Jay Kersting, is a former radio talk show host, and together Alex and Jay do a YouTube series called "Ordinary Average Guys". The series is recorded while they drive around the Las Vegas metro area discussing various topics ranging from news, social media, reality television, celebrity stuff, and whatever comes up as they drive around and see the sights in their adopted hometown.
