Alex David Karstensen was born in Marengo, IL. He is most known for his appearance in the Sky Zone episode of Undercover Boss (2014), and also as the bass guitarist in the Minneapolis post-punk band "The Age of Being Good Together", with his older brother Adam Karstensen. He continues to work at Sky Zone's call center.
