Alejandro Akara is a Mexican-American television and film actor based in Los Angeles, California. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Alejandro grew up in Monterrey, Mexico. His creativity revealed itself at a very young age as he began making videos and playing musical instruments. By the age of 6, he had already produced his own YouTube channel and soon after began performing in plays including several musicals.Alejandro also dedicated himself to studying Taekwondo. At age 10 Alejandro was selected to join Mexico's National Taekwondo Team (FMTKD) and over the next few years received several gold medals across multiple national, international, panamerican tournaments and the World Open Tournament in San Luis Potosi.Alejandro graduated from Universidad Del Valle De Mexico [Laureate Universities] (UVM) on a full scholarship and began working as Social Network Manager and Personal Photographer for the Governor of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Jamie Rodriguez and Social Network Manager and Producer for the famous Mexican TV host, Flor Véliz while dedicating himself to the study of acting. He trained under Renan Moreno, Hernan Galindo, and several other renowned directors and actors before relocating to Los Angeles to further pursue his film and television career.In his spare time, Alejandro enjoys playing piano, training in martial arts, sports and fitness, hiking, reading, and riding his motorcycle.
