Agustin "AC" Cruz was born and raised in Southern California (primarily La Quinta, near Palm Springs). AC took acting classes in high school but attracted to the idea of traveling, he instead established a career in hotels. After spending 5 years in Orange County, he grew bored with suburbia, packed it up and moved to Hollywood. It was in Hollywood, at Outfest 2010 where AC met a friend who would introduce him to filmmaker Michael Simon. Simon later gave AC his first job on a feature film, as a PA on What's My Diagnosis?
