Adam Ivan Kimble was born on October 25, 1986, in Joliet, Illinois. He resides in Tahoe City, California, with his wife and high-school sweetheart, Karen, and their chocolate lab, Sofi. Adam is a professional ultrarunner, having completed a 2,500-mile run across America and a 1,000-mile self-supported run across Great Britain.
