The movie focuses on the chain of events that follow the suicide of a teenage drug dealer in an idealistic but superficial town. After his death, three local teens want what's left of his stash of pills and they kidnap a little kid, only to know that it's a wrong move.

Keith Phipps
The story of the film: Studio money chasing after the cult-film audience and getting all the superficial elements right while missing the spirit entirely. It's the cinematic equivalent of Candlebox.

Peter Travers
An appallingly clumsy and stupid take on drugs, kidnapping and suicide in suburbia.
