In 2056, a disease caused by the body organs of people crippled spreads around the planet. From tragedy, a savior appeared: GeneCo, a biotech company providing organs transplanted tissue for profit. Those who fail in paying on time is to regain authority is chased by thugs Repo Men. In a world of surgery, painkillers and murder is legally permited, a little girl goes to seek to cure her rare disease as well as information about her mysterious family.
