Born and raised in Hackensack, New Jersey to Sicilian immigrant parents and the youngest of four children. Vince attended St. Francis School (K-8) where he was often overlooked for school plays much to his disappointment. His parents also dissuaded his pursuit for acting at a young age placing emphasis on education. Vince was very athletic throughout his life and eventually came into his own excelling in the sport of Powerlfting becoming Northen USA Regional Champion in 1998 and 1990. The New York Times named Vince Powerlifter of the Year in their 1990 year in review for the Juniors Division (ages 20-23). Vince attended Fordham University College of Businss Administration and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science and honors in accounting in 1991. One year later he attended New York Law School where he won the Froessel Moot Court Competition as a first year law student. The victory resulted in his employment with the New York Attorney General's Office while completing his law degree. Vince passed the New Jersey and New York bar exams and would later waive into the District of Columbia bar and be admitted to practice in the United States District Court and United States Supreme Court. After passing the bar and securing employment Vince began the pursuit of his life long dream to become an entertainer. He moonlighted as an actor unbeknown to his employer, a prestigious criminal defense firm in Hackensack, New Jersey. As a result of his comedic and acting success Vince left the security of being an associate in a well renown firm and opened his own solo law practice. At all times he did his best to hide his law career from the entertainment industry while concealing his entertainment personae from his legal practice and clients. Vince eventually excelled at both professions becoming a prominent solo practitioner with published decisions in law, a headline comic performing weekly at the famed Caroline's on Broadway and an established actor.
