Stephen B. Grimes was born on April 18, 1927 in Weybridge, Surrey, England. He was a production designer and art director, known for Out of Africa (1985), On Golden Pond (1981) and Three Days of the Condor (1975). He died on September 12, 1988 in Positano, Campania, Italy.
